The link above was used as pose reference and later in a semi-transparent layer I turned on and off to see if the anatomy lined up with the front and head. Since I don't like to trace I use this technique at times like this. Back legs and tail is my own anatomy since character needed to be three-legged I needed to move his back leg towards the centre to support the weight. I also added in a tail since the character references have quite long tails I felt it made sense to also give this picture such a tail.
The back and foreground were done w/o any references with a few of Aaron Blaise's brush kit brushes and others.

Compared to the finished result you can see I make the same mistake I usually do by drawing too small facial features, these were later enlarged to fit the pose/anatomy reference.
